Lenny and his TEAM installed my Trane high efficiency furnace / air conditioning unit several years ago, did an EXCELLENT JOB and have not had an issue up until a few days ago when the hot surface ignitor failed ( most common part to fail ) on a cold February Friday evening. I am pretty good mechanically but could not get the part anywhere and time was running out as far as getting to a place that was open. I called Lenny who had already left for the day, he came back to his office, made a call and although they were closing soon, stayed until I arrived to picked up the part. To conclude, thanks to Lenny my furnace was fixed within a couple hours of failing, my family was was comfortable and we enjoyed our evening together. Thanks again!!!!
