Lenny was excellent, he explained different options and we decided on the best path forward. His installer Roman was also incredible to work with. They installed a new second zone heat pump system in my house and got the job done quickly and within my requirement to keep the duct work compact in order to accommodate my finishing of the attic at a future date. I will be a return customer for sure.
